You could add the video generated by article video robot to the same article when you are submitting to UAW, MAN, etc. That way, if the article does get read, the viewer could have the option to either read the article or watch the video.

Adding images or videos is a good thing to diversify the content a bit, but honestly it’s not likely to have any tangible benefits to you. These networks are not for getting direct traffic, but rather for getting links. So the likelihood that someone is reading the content and clicking thru to your site or video is really pretty low.
Bottom line is that if it’s easy for you, go for it – it can’t hurt. But if it is going to take a lot of extra work, I wouldn’t bother personally…
