Great review - I have dipped in and out of UAW for the last three or four years and even subscribed to Noel Swanson's personal blog at one point (about his sailing trip around the world) I was so impressed with the results I was getting.
I've been looking to start re-using it again, so will empty my cookies and re-order through your link.
By the way (don't think I'm trying to teach the teacher but..) to avoid the incident you had in terms of ranking your clients site in search when using UAW (or any backlinking article distribution tool) don't use the keyword you are targeting for your backlink in the title of your article - for a couple of reasons;
1/ You don't want any other site out-ranking yours based on the title
2/ Your content will get a stronger linking structure from articles closely associated with the keyword you want to rank for.

Great site guys!

The software itself might be good, but their customer service is insane. The worst I have ever experienced in fact. The guy named Adam (which I believe is the only person in that “company”, which only works on weekends as far as I understood) Have replied to my complaint on his delayed reply in extremely rude and unprofessional manner ending up calling me an IDIOT for no reason. Then he deleted my account at UAW without any request, refunded me money and that’s it. This guy certainly has some issues. Prepare to deal with this attitude whoever is considering this “company”.

Well a down side of UAW is you cannot control what URL your article shows up on and right now we have a position 3 ranking for a client below their site on whatthefuck.com.au ....perfect ! The customer service has been extremely slow about this complaint. Not impressed so far as this reflects on our SEO services.

Do you guys use rotating tags like {keyword} or {a|b|c|etc} through out all your uaw articles?

In general, do you use html tags like <b> and <i> when submitting articles to directories?

Thanks!

Hi Matynne,

If you are looking to post anything to EzineArticls, you should always post it there first prior to any submission or you risk them not accepting it, unless it's on your personal site. After that, spin it and send it away to UAW, Demon, etc etc.

On your second question, I recommend Article Ranks over MAN at this point, we are preparing our Best List for 2011 and will be publishing it soon, but Article Ranks has displaced MAN for that spot.

Thanks
