Overview
ArticleSubmitAuto is a very different and clever article submission tool that is very complimentary to any Internet Marketer’s tool bag. When it comes to article marketing there are basically two approaches – high authority links or high volume of links. In other words, either you are trying to use the article to get a massive amount of backlinks to your site, or you are primarily trying to get authority (read, high PR) backlinks. Each route requires a different approach.
Spin Away
You simply cannot be effective in today’s article marketing arena unless you are using content “spinning”. Fortunately ArticleSubmitAuto includes a very effective article and content spinner as well and fully integrates this into the publishing process. There is a simple checkbox that you can click on to publish unique content to each of the article directories you submit to.
Other Features
One of my favorite features about ArticleSubmitAuto is the familiarity of how the publication process works. The entire software program is written as a Wordpress plugin. You simply go to the site (a blog) and login using the standard /wp-admin directory and “Add Post” just like you would any blog post in Wordpress. The process simply could not be any easier. You can pre-define various profiles that are used and then select which profile you want to use for the given article you are submitting. The profile defines the resource box and the categories that the article will be uploaded to on the various article directories. So, you could have numerous profiles all configured for each niche you are marketing too. This is very powerful because rather than selecting the categories manually for 30 different article directories, you simply setup a profile once and then use it repeatedly.
The Results
Many people will mistakenly downgrade the value of this program because it only submits to 30 sites. When comparing to UAW which goes to more than 3,000 sites or MAN which reaches over 20,000 sites, indeed, only 30 sites seems minuscule. However, the number can be deceiving. In testing I was able to get an article on the first page of Google in less than 8 hours from the time I published it via ArticleSubmitAuto. The reason is that these 30 sites are high quality sites that have a lot of Google’s attention.
What We Don’t Like About ArticleSubmitAuto
While it is a very nice tool, there is lots of room for improvement for power users. We have hundreds of articles in its interface and that can get very cumbersome to navigate, especially since the filters don’t work properly. Also, the limit of just a few profiles can also be very irritating if you are managing projects for many clients.
However the two most annoying issues are with out a doubt the selection of categories for the profiles and the ability to randomly release your articles. Let me explain. When you setup a profile, you setup the resource box and then for each of the 30+ article directories, you have to select the category. Now, this is a one time configuration, but regardless, it is very tedious. The author should provide a text search and select (or try to select) the appropriate category for you. It would only be right 70% of the time, but that would still be a huge help. The second big issue comes into play when you go to distribute the articles. You have the choice of distributing all at once or keying in a “delay” in days for each one. Again, this is a nice feature, but it is annoying because you have to manually go through all 30+ of them and key in your delay. It would be nice to see a random delay filled in automatically within a range that you could select.
Pricing
ArticleSubmitAuto is very affordable at only $47 for a monthly subscription. I have been using Article Submit Auto for a few months now with good results. The interface is simply like a wp blog and I love the fact that it is web based so no software to load on my pc. Yes I would like them to submit to more sites. But for the price, its delivers what it promises. Quality over quantity for me.
