Recent Results with Linxboss

We get a lot of questions about Linxboss – many of them are the same questions over and over again. For example, we continually get asked about the fact that Linxboss does not provide you with links to it’s sites – this is a big issue for many. But our answers have never changed – the proof is in the pudding – results.

If you’re involved with SEO and are obsessed with counting links and verifying every last link I have to tell you you’re just setting yourself up to be disappointed. We operate based on results – not link counts. What really matters is are your rankings improving? That’s what matters. At the end of day we are looking to rank better and get more traffic and make more sales. That is what this is all about. That is what you need to focus on. If any tool is not working for you, then your ROI is not there and you move on to something else (provided you’ve given it enough time to truly evaluate it – that means at least 90 days). If it is working for you then it’s working for you. If it’s not working for then you try something different. Those who are successful in their SEO have a methodical approach and are good observers, trackers and investigators!

Now, we’ve never tried to steer anyone into believing that any ONE network or tool is THE ANSWER to your linkbuilding needs. In fact, we are quite candid about the fact that we recommend you mix up your SEO with various different tools and networks. Nothing has changed there either.

Our Use of Linxboss

We also get asked a lot about whether or not we use Linxboss or are just recommending it. The fact is that we have more than a hundred domains on Linxboss – so yes, we use it and we use it extensively. Now, we wouldn’t spend that kind of dough if it wasn’t still producing results.

But remember, we don’t just use Linxboss – we use it in conjunction with a well executed comprehensive linkbuilding strategy. So, that being said, we wanted to do another quick review of Linxboss and follow up with it – not only for you, but for our own usage of it as well.

Our Results In a Recent Set of Tests

We ran a test with doing Linxboss only and nothing else on a brand new domain a little while back. In a matter of about 45 days the site already began ranking for the keywords that were being targeted and had moved from a PR n/a site to a PR2 site. Now, nothing super impressive and we all know that PageRank is not really that telling of a quality site or great rankings – but it is one of the indicators of authority.

The rankings were only on page 3, so nothing super impressive there. But the site was brand new and Linxboss is a very low volume linkbuilding software at only 200 total links per month. Keep in mind that many of those will not be indexed (just the nature of the business guys, do don’t complain about it – you’ll never have a tool that gets everything indexed).

In general, I’m quite impressed with the results of moving onto page 3 and getting a quick PR2 on a brand new site using nothing else but Linxboss.
