As for having better luck with the 300 word posts, I am not exactly sure why that would be. Some people prefer to use the longer posts to diversify their post size. Personally I would rather send 2 x 150 word posts from 2 different diversified websites and IP’s than 1 x 300 word post form 1 website and 1 IP. More bang for your buck in my opinion. It’s not like BMR has a separate network for 300 word posts.

Now Linkvana, has a separate article network for their bigger posts as opposed to their 100 word posts – so for Linkvana that makes sense, and is something we actually do and recommend – because their article network is stronger than their posting network in our opinion. But that is not the case with BMR – it is all one network for now.

I have just started using BMR and have been having some good results. It’s helped me bring some sites back to life that had fallen into the 100+ rankings. My only question with it is how to get the most out of it. Meaning, is it ideal to have 10 posts per link a day, 3, or have them randomly posted? Also, I was reading on another review that someone had better success with 300 word posts… But even with these questions, I still think it’s worth it. I’ll know more after the next 30 days though!

@ Landon – Linkvana. Why? I’ve used BMR, and although it’s quality service, it takes far too long to build backlinks. I mean, how many times can you re-write about the same subject over and over again? This is why you need to take one great article, fully spin it using The Best Spinner and use the Top Article Submission Services to submit it to their network. Do this everyday Mon-Fri, 1-2 articles, fully spun, being released to multiple, massive networks. And also use a separate service to build backlinks monthly for your main keyword (One of the same ones you’re targeting within the articles.)

This means you’re most likely going to spend around 4-5 hundred dollars per month, but after 4-5 months targeting a competitive keyword, you’re going to suck in some major cash flow if you have a good money making site, especially is it already has authority and a link scheme built to it.

I ask a question to BMR admin about domain guideliness and they told me that only english language sites are accepted. This is losing business strategy, most of great websites are multilingual. So, any multilingual website with two or more languages will be not accepted, no matter is site high quality or not. Our company website with about 20 pagerank 4 pages not accepted? Pleeease, dont tell me that website ranked local in top 3 for keyword “seo” is not good

So, Mike and Troy: Will be good to say people that BMR network is for English only… and maybe the other private blog networks have better business strategy and will grow faster.

Hi Mike,

You shouldn’t reccomend to folks BMR anymore since their network has the categories and the archives and the tags set to “no follow” at the time they no-index those pages.
Using nofollow means that you “give a link but you do not vote for it” so, that means that their websites are not trusting their inner pages?
This is an extremely serious factor they haven’t gamed and see yet.
As far as i know, this is very bad.
They could just improve their net instead of putting nofollo tag to their inner pages.
What do you think? I would like to hear your advice since you are an expert in this field.

Hi Landon,

I agree with James. While LV has been revamping and making a strong push to get itself bak to being the top network, it has not caught up to BMR. BMR is our #1 choice at the moment.

hey mike. If you were to pick one or the other between Linkvana and Build My Rank, which would you choose? I’m on a tight budget, so Build My Rank would be great, but if Linkvana is a lot better, I’ll go with that.
