There may have been a time when there were issues with support from a mail delivery issue.

We now use Zendesk and am happy to say we have 7 day a week support now.

So regardless of Australian time zone, we offer 7 day a week.

Next step is to be 24 / 7 as it is still going off our timezone.

That is correct, MAN uses the AMA network. They are one in the same and no reason to have both. Additionally, Rapid Free Traffic uses the same AMA network as well.

MAN is using the AMA system and network, however they operate separate support and billing systems. I cant speak for AMA support because I have never used their support, then again you state that you have never used AMA either, so you cant comment on that yourself.

I can state MAN support has been pretty good in the past. As for checking in forums, while I do agree with people doing their due diligence, I do caution on using information found on forums as your answer. I have not used AMA but I have bought the “Consumer Wealth System” and there support is non existent, and I’ve read AMA has similar problems.

Check out the warrior forum first to see what people are saying before you make a decision.

So, if AMA & MAN are the same thing I would go for MAN.
