Affiliate Program In The Works
Just a quick announcement to give everyone an update on what we’ve got in the works for the months to come. The Mike & Troy’s brand of products and services will be expanding quite a bit this year. It’s a work in process and so it won’t happen overnight but here are a few of the things you can expect to see in the months to come.
- More Products – Over the past couple of years we have spent a considerable amount of time answering questions and giving advice to our readers and SEO clients on many different SEO related topics. So you can expect to see several information products coming out similar to the Article Marketing Lies eBook. We would love to hear your opinion about what products or information you’d like to see… so leave us a comment below and tell us what you want!
- More Best Practices Guides & Free Downloads – We have received great feedback from you about the best practices free downloads and requests for many others as well. We will be continuing those and releasing more as time permits as well as some additional free eBook downloads.
- More Services – We have several new services that we will be rolling out as well. Don’t want to let the cat out of the bag just yet, but keep your ears tuned – you won’t be disappointed. It’s a pretty safe bet they’ll be about getting you high quality links and affordable SEO solutions. The success of our Automated Link Building packages has inspired a brand new service that will be first out the door, with others following shortly thereafter.
- Affiliate Program – We are busy with all of the backoffice work to prepare our various systems for integration with new shopping cart software and affiliate tracking software. That’s right – soon, you’ll be able to promote the same services you use for a slice of the pie! As affiliate marketers ourselves, we know from personal experience how frustrating many affiliate programs can be and we are aiming to create a first rate program that truly rewards your for getting involved. We are actively working on several more eBooks, so check back frequently… one of them is all about article spinning and another about keyword selection and yet a third about competitive research. Taking our time to “get them right” but they should be coming pretty soon.
When you say “ranking”, what specifically do you mean? Just curious as a newbie what angle you’re coming from…

Thanks for the comment… I’m not familiar with Omnistar… We’re in the process of migrating all of our shopping cart over to Premium Web Cart and it features integrated affiliate handling with quite a few bells and whistles. We are testing it in a limited fashion right now and should be up and running full steam (with the affiliate piece as well) pretty soon.
